Where did the time go?

It is hard to believe that it is almost August and I cant remember spring coming or going.  I have found the following to be problematic:
The older I get the faster time flies.
The older I get, the busier I become.
The older I get, the less I get accomplished in any given day.
I wonder if most feel this way.  I watch Bear and Tess, who are quite old, and it seems to take them far more time to do any specific task, like getting up :-) so its not just me.  I think time passes even more quickly for other species, although I dont think anyone has a way of measuring their perception of time across their life span. Too bad.  Always did want to speak to the animals.

Quilts are going out slowly.  We have had some amazing people donate this year.  True artists have sent me their tops, and I hope I did them justice with my quilting.  Such high standards to live up to, equates to that much more pressure for the quilting to be good.

Rescues have been oohing and aahing about the quilts they have received, which always makes me feel better.  I need to do a better job of passing on the cudos to the peicers who are our lifeline.  I cant thank them enough.

I just saw the quilt your group made for the Illinois Alaskan Malamute Rescue. Thank you a million times for this. The bids are starting at $275.00. It is really wonderful. I make small quilts 40 x 40 for the Adopt a Husky group but they are simple and generally used for the dogs. Wish I could help you with your photographs, I can tell the blue Log Cabin is quite the masterpiece and I would love to show off your quilting as well. Here is the link to the quilt:

Again and again, thank you for doing this.
